I have been supporting people in career direction, relationship healing and ongoing personal development. My coaching experience is a combination of science based techniques, compassion and intuitive counseling. I have the traditional Masters degree and some PhD work in Psychology and I have also studied with Spiritual Teachers in a psychic and meditation space. With practical strategies, you will break free from your limiting beliefs and old patterns that no longer serve you. And that will allow you to live with more of you own authenticity and become a more empowered individual.
