The Moon is a fast moving planet in our solar system and it guides our feelings, desires, emotions and the things that happens within us. The Moon has a feminine quality and it is multifaceted. It represent our Mother and our relationship with her.
The New Moon represents a time when we set our intentions to bringing something new into our lives and at the Full Moon we release what no longer serves us. The area in life the New Moon and Full Moon resides and the sign they fall into changes every month and is an indication of the area in life that we should pay attention.

The energy is hot, forward moving, and aggressive! The month starts out with the Sun in Aries and Mars meeting Neptune and Saturn in Aries. The New Moon on the 17th 27 degrees Aries at 4:51 am forms a powerful stellium with Neptune, Mercury, Mars and Saturn while the Sun, Moon and Chiron conjunct in Aries. It’s getting hot in here this month, hahahaha! The houses where these two lunations are in your chart are the areas of life you will be focused on.

This Full Moon in Libra is focused on the cardinal signs, Aries, Capricorn, Cancer and Libra. This is a time when this lunation encourages emotional clarity and decisive action in relationships. The full moons reveal what’s hidden and at this time confronting hidden truths that lead to making important choices about commitment or independence especially, conversations and decisions pertaining to love and partnerships.
April 17 - New Moon 27 degrees Aries 4:51 am
This New Moon activates a stellium which is a powerful cluster of planets (Neptune, Mercury, Mars, Saturn) that will amplify the themes of action, healing, discipline, and inspired vision. This is a good time to start a new fitness routine, launch a project, have honest conversations with others, or prioritize your own needs. Expect challenges with Mars-Saturn energy because Saturn brings delays and will test your patience. Mercury-Neptune energy will blur communication, so, double check details and trust your intuition only if you can stay clear of the illusions that’s Neptune brings.
There is a lot more to April’s story, and the last thing I will say is that all the planets are moving in forward motion now, and that means that time is accelerating.
